I received our left over fabric in the mail from you today. Thank You so much for doing that for me! It is so refreshing to do business with someone who does what they say they will do. We've had to battle two different services today that one was billing us erronously and one that had ordered and reordered three times an item and still couldn't get it right. In today's world, we all get so frustrated by the lack of competency. Therefore, your package was a bright spot in my day. I've never met you but I have loved doing business with you. Again, thank you for the trouble you went to mail the fabric. I was delighted to receive the package not just for the fabric but also because you were kind enough to do it.
